			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An electric  smoky cloud of iodine, spicy citrus, ginger and kumquats,  almonds and roasted barley, resin, white pepper, talc invades your nose  while a sumptuous yet fresh mouth explores you palate.<span id="more-12561"></span> It just seems out  of the fermentation with its positive energy, dynamism, a multi-layer  energy and passion with an unprecedented concentration. Camphor vanilla  and candied fruit, juicy body, ginger, sweet bacon. Explosive but  sometimes he seems to remember also be sweet and kind … I do not know if  you‘ve never tasted anything so incredible.<br />
Sly and languid, leaves you fresh and young and yet you have the impression that it will remain young forever, unlike you …</p>

<p>Tensione fumè e nuvola di iodio, agrumato piccante, zenzero e kumquat, mandorla e torrefazione d&#8217;orzo , resina, pepe bianco, talco, bocca sontuosa ma freschissima sembra appena uscito dalla fermentazione, energia positiva, dinamismo, un multi strato di energia e passione di concentrazione inaudita. Canfora vaniglia e canditi, corpo succoso, ginger, bacon dolce. Esplosivo e ogni tanto si ricorda di essere anche dolce e gentile&#8230;non so se ho mai assaggiato niente di così incredibile.<br />
Ti lascia sornione e languido eppure fresco e giovane e hai l impressione che lo resterà per sempre, al contrario di te&#8230;</p>

Then you get caught by the citrus from Avize, the seductive minerality of gypsum, as a continuous dance on tiptoe. A touch of camphor follows whispering, and it envelops you without ever overdoing it. Then talc which brings you back to the scents of your childhood, and a rose like in the garden where you stopped thinking. A touch of lavender, a crisp mirabelle and an innocent juicy peach, like the thread of perfume on the pillow next to yours on the bed the very next day you woke up alone.  <span id="more-11985"></span>Creamy bubbles, with an almost unheard of mouth feeling, that feeling that tears away all the pain, gives you peace of mind and caresses the spirit. If you stand still you taste stone, a basket full of fruits, and flowers on the field as a <a href="http://hif.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Chemin_montant_dans_les_hautes_herbes.png" target="_blank">downhill path</a> on the edge of a forest in the sun. It ends high but almost resigned, just to let you complete the picture with a part of you.<br />
After all, all of the great masterpieces really require your participation, almost as if to invite you to dance with them, as if they were complete only with you and were designed especially for you.</p>
<p>Not true perhaps, but something we want to believe in, as we believe in dreams.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Siccome mi piace andare sul tranquillo, ecco che per esordire su <a href="http://haidu.net/blogs/all" target="_blank">Haidu.net</a> mi sono scelto una bella gatta da pelare e ho deciso di pubblicare una mini top ten (ma nella quale sono tutti a parimerito!) dei vini toscani che preferisco e che preferisco consigliare a chi vuole avere un panorama del meglio che abbiamo da offrire.<span id="more-6241"></span>La classifica apparirà anche su un piccolo manuale per i business man americani dal titolo &#8220;The 60-Minute Wine MBA&#8221;  a cura di <a href="http://www.facebook.com/roxanne.langer">Roxanne Langer.</a></p>
<p>Bando alle ciance, adesso <a href="http://haidu.net/blog/agorri/lets-take-it-easy-top-pops-tuscan-wines" target="_blank">eccovi la lista</a>! E prima di massacrare le mie scelte, vi ricordo ancora che si tratta di un piccolo bignami, una specie di vademecum per chi vuole parlare di vino toscano e passare per &#8220;cultore&#8221; ed espertone senza assaggiare migliaia di vini, diciamo una scorciatoia per manager senza troppo tempo e senza troppi problemi di portafoglio&#8230;</p>

Speziatura presente e intrigante.</p>
<p>NB: grande retroetichetta, con la geniale invenzione Vermentino: when Pinot Grigio meets Gruner Veltliner&#8230;</p>

<p>&#8220;&#8216;ino&#8230; what&#8217;s it all about?</p>
<p>&#8216;Ino, one of the most interesting novelties in Florence.</p>
<p>&#8216;Ino is a &#8220;receptacle of people&#8221;, every product will have a tale, made of people, artisanal procedures, ancient rituals, places and traditions. Food and wine are culture, they are part of Italian roots, and good products to eat and drink can stimulate and fulfil our search for pleasure. A moment to rest, an escape from everyday worries through flavours and tastes for our senses, to discover that even a simple &#8220;lunch break&#8221; can be an experience of life and an opportunity for knowledge.&#8221;</p>
<p>In this exciting event, Alessandro will bring to you in an amusing and innovative way the old culinary experience of street food, of stand up eating that does not mean lack of quality in the ingredients or incertainty of their origins.</p>
<p>Alessandro will compose masterful panini from Spanish and locally sourced gourmet ingredients and bring a few of the regional Italian products that he seeks out in Italy. Alex and Eder will compose pintxos, Basque open faced canapes of Italian inspiration.</p>
<p>Special guest appearance by cookbook and travel writer Anya VonBremeson and the Uni Panini from El Quinto Pino.</p>
<p>The cost of the event is $45 per person plus an 18% service fee including sandwiches, beer and wine. There are only 35 spots for this casual and convivial sandwich event, so book early. Payment due in advance by credit card to secure your space.</p>

Fred Raleigh, winner of the prize for the <a href="http://vinodaburde.simplicissimus.it/2009/01/16/and_the_winner_isdr_fred_raleigh/" target="_blank">Wine for Hope Raffle Xmas 2008</a> edition, was at dinner by Burde! Pleasant evening (or so I think) for him and his wife with a lot of small talk about Italy, italians, Florence and Tuscany, and how surreal life can be when you find yourself miles away from your house in California for having won a raffle&#8230;<span id="more-1624"></span>And obviously we spoke about <a href="http://vinodaburde.simplicissimus.it/2008/12/16/a_menu_for_hope_lotteria_di_natale_per_lafrica_dai_wineblogger_del_mondo_anche_vino_da_burde_partecipa_con_soldera_e_voi/" target="_blank">Pegasos </a>2005 by Soldera that was paired with the menu, soft, pure, almost sweet and delicate, truly Sangiovese, and truly MAGIC!</p>
